= For someone thats supposed to be a spy he does a pretty good hand job! *Nods*

For some strange reason i thought the animation in the About page was way more interesting than the main feature, mainly because i saw rough concepts of other intakes and out-takes, almost like a well made Easter egg, with your main feature, i wouldn't say there was anything wrong with it, but the animation and direction needs more planning, i have only played team fortress once or twice about 5 - 6 years ago, but that's not enough to understand the humour of this certain genre which is meant to be based on that, the Sound quality is poor and could be better, but the animation isn't too bad either..

ThePrawn responds:

Thanks for the feed back.
I do need to work on all the things you mentioned. Especially when you mentioned planning. I just made this one up as I went along so I'm glad you noticed. I suppose I was trying to range the humor to a nonspecific audience while making an animation about TF2 (obviously not going to work). And i'll also have to save up for a better mic. I suppose I just need to reach all aspects rather than just animation. Thanks a ton!

= "Now he is a ball with nothing to loose" Max Ball? Would definitly define he has "alot of Balls"
Unless your just busting my balls..

I don't know why, but those smiley's look familiar, usually from those smiley websites.
the presentation was cuddly and well done, but ehm....yeah they're just balls, so not much in the animating motives of movement can be established there, the sound quality was pretty good.
I didn't find the gags funny nor was the plot interesting either, your missing the one ingredient and that's humour.

NewStage responds:

What humor? It's a serious movie!

= Out of all the trojans, theres always gonna be one that sings, J-pop-ups.

As far as animation goes there wasn't really much on that, i was mainly digging the music to even care, so yeah, quite frankly it was ok but i think you were over doing it after 3 minutes in, would of been better for the blue screen to of appeared.

= I'm not a fan of stick men, mainly because fans are usually much more wider when you open them.

Goodness knows how long stick men flash has been going for, but this one had my attention,
the coordination is pretty good and so are the blur effects, but this isn't a movie it's nothing more than a small cut, i would consider this for the dumping grounds, the animation was pretty good, the sound quality was also top notch, for fighting material i definitely approve.

Noisecream responds:

Best comment

= It pays to be patient, but it also pays to know the difference between running and sliding.

It's always good to see a half baked Tom and Jerry chase genre, but you got to know how to do it right,
It's aslo nice to hear younger voice actors, but at times the level of the wav volume is too loud,
The animation at times weren't bad either but then there where times it looked like it was rushed.
The direction of this was pretty clear and simple, however you will need to harness some humour if you really want me to laugh..

AnimationRules responds:

Okay. I'll keep a mental note of that.

= Guy looking in his late 40 with unshaven face for a job as a gum shoe? [Check]

Right off the bat you threw me into the world of what i didn't expect to see, if there's anything that inspires me more its noire styled genres, they are classical memories that should never be neglected because of the limit of the colour, The animation was very good, the sense of direction was perfect, such include motive and camera perception like the scene in the kitchen and the fan light that seems to be within a slight range, the voice acting is ok, and could of been done better,

You also made it clear that this was intended for a commercial use, Strangely i think it was too long for one, but that's shown potential.

PapaLongLegs responds:

Thanks!

It started as a much longer (less narrated) short film but I had to squeeze it into a commercial, which come in 15 second iterations. That might explain the length. Either way thank you I appreciate a well planned review!

= For something that was meant to relate to the title, it didn't do a good job doing that.

Seriously , what was i meant to be watching?
What can i indicate was animation in this project?, or to be more accurate, what material belongs to you?
Wait i'll RE-rephrase it, why are you using other animations and claiming it for your own?
If i had to be subtle, your work only enticed in the coordination of the sprite sheet use, which again isn't your sprites, but we'll let that slide.
The camera pan movement seemed Jerky at times, the voicing were natural voices from the game Street fighter IV which is ok, but goodness knows why Ryu sounds like he's talking from a telephone receiver when Sakura sounds as clear as day.

MysticSkillz responds:

Yes I agree about the title and no none of the animation work is mine. In the final I will mention that all materials use in the video belong to capcom. The clips are use to help me with the concept. But most of the film will be done using sprites.

= I guess they call it a "Teaser" for a reason.

Seems to look promising, my assumption is that this will be an action adventure, The animation Templates are pretty good, but nothing makes sense, even for a trailer, if there were other sprites involved it would of sparked more curiosity for the viewer.
I look forward to seeing the final product.

Rezeile responds:

Thats a great response ...I was trying to get a feeling for the overall world at first...now I can add in some new animation for th final...Thanks!!:)

= I feel i just entered into a movie which was 45 minutes already in.

There were some nice moments added in there, but the animation including the running seemed off putting and quirky, the hint is usually finding the best perception to handle if the current one seems too complicated, the characters were reasonably well designed, but the animation at times seemed very limited, the plot didn't make any sense, other than the fact that it was a senseless fighting dilemma which would confuse you for a directive plot, especially when you make it clear it's based on fighting.

The impression this gave me was that it just skipped to the end and jumped right into the scene with the angry guy VS the smug guy which is fine at times but it has to be done right.

This was pretty funny, and i like sonic.
The animation isn't that great, the Direction was pretty well presented and it was simple, maybe next time you can make humour better, it's still pretty good, you captured the style pretty well too, the voice acting is not bad either.

SickLilMonkey responds:

Thanks. Yeah, I'm still getting the hang of animating...and writing. I knew I was taking a chance seeing as how there's so many talented folks here, but I will work on getting better.
